Duck Eggs
We believe in humane, sustainable, small-scale farming and take pride in raising healthy birds and providing fresh, local food to our community.

About
We are first-generation farmers raising a small, plucky flock of Indian Runner ducks in the beautiful Catoctin Mountains of Sabillasville, Maryland. Our ducks are pasture-raised with 24/7 access to water, indoor and outdoor space, protected by electric fencing, enjoy swimming (temperature permitting), and waddling through both forest and pasture land.
Duck Eggs
Our ducks lay large, colorful eggs with rich yolks and excellent flavor, perfect for baking, cooking, and everyday meals.

Why Choose Duck Eggs?
🥚 Larger than chicken eggs
🥚 Richer flavor and deeper golden yolks
🥚 Higher in protein and healthy fats
🥚 Excellent for baking (fluffier cakes, richer pastries)
🥚 Great for people sensitive to chicken eggs
🥚 Nutrient-dense with more vitamins and minerals
As with all eggs, use proper handling and caution:
-
Keep eggs refrigerated.
-
Wash eggs before cooking.
-
Cook eggs until both the yolk and the white are firm.
-
Dishes containing eggs should be cooked to 160° F.
-
Consuming raw or under cooked eggs may cause illness.
